We are looking to welcome a team leader to join our fantastic Customer Service Team.
Expected Starting Date: February 2022
WHAT WE OFFER
30 hours working 5 days out of 7 and 3 out of 4 weekends
We operate 7 days a week to meet the shopping needs of our customers, this role will require availability to work during the day, late evenings, and full weekends.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE
You are self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a larger team. You have a strong desire to develop long term relationships with your co-workers and customers. You have the ability to prioritise and organise your own work and the work of others in order to make the most efficient use of the time available. You can plan staffing needs according to the customer flow. You are emotionally resilient and have the ability to handle conflict (assertive and able to remain calm when confronted with challenging situations). Strong communication skills are a must, with the ability to adjust the style of communication to get the message across to the receiver. You are a confident decision-maker with common sense and attention to detail.
