IKON Complete Inc. is a boutique Recruitment and Search Firm specializing in sourcing top performing candidates for our clients in various industries. Due to growth, we are currently seeking to add an Office Administrator (entry level) to our team in Toronto, ON (DVP & Eglinton). This is a contract position to start; with a possibility for extension. This will be a Hybrid role (In-office & Work from Home) for the near future

Responsibilities:

• Handle all front office reception duties
• Develop and administer strategic email marketing campaigns to existing and prospective clients/businesses
• Develop and administer strategic email marketing campaigns to potential job seekers
• Input client & candidate information in the company’s ATS / CRM
• Grow and manage the company’s social media presence by creating new content and engaging with followers
• Assist with any clerical and/or administrative duties as they arise
• Assist the recruitment staff when needed
• Assist senior management with other duties as they arise

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience working with in a fast-paced environment
• Experience within an office environment an asset
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with data entry
• Excellent time management skills
• Willingness to learn and be part of a growing team

Compensation:

• $17 per hour
