Ilabb Looking for Retail Manager – ILABB at Queenstown, Otago Full Time

Our fabulous Store Manager of the last 2 years is moving away from Queenstown so we have an opportunity for a high performing retail leader with a passion for streetwear fashion and performance clothing to fill her shoes in our Queenstown store. This is a key position within ilabb, so we are looking for a superstar that can continue to take this store to the next level and help to propel our company on its growth journey.

Experience required:

• Strong Retail Management experience
• Excellent communication skills; ability to build rapport with all staff
• Forward thinking, dynamic attitude – able to identify improvement opportunities and follow through to drive results
• Friendly, approachable personality
• Providing support, mentoring, training and guidance to your staff to drive results
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets, taking responsibility for sales and GP%, coming up with initiatives to improve performance
• Collaborating with Head Office staff to continually increase store turnover
• A natural ability to build rapport with any customer
• The motivation and enthusiasm to join an exciting and growing business
• Merchandising

This is a part-time role based in our Queenstown store – hours of work are Tuesday to Saturday, minimum 30 hours per week, with flexibility to work outside of these hours as required at times.
