Envision Your Experience
The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Vice-President. This position also serves as a liaison to StudySync’s senior leadership and sales and marketing team, organizing and coordinating executive outreach and external relations efforts, and performing a variety of other special projects as assigned.
Position Type: This is a regular, full-time position.- Location: In this US-based position your location will be remote.
- Compensation: Imagine Learning offers competitive total compensation, including incentive opportunities for regular employees.
- Provide a variety of administrative support functions for the Vice-President and other senior leadership team members.
- Plan and coordinate the Vice-President’s schedule
- Make travel, lodging, and associated arrangements.
- Prepare, submit, and coordinate travel and expense reports.
- Compose and prepare correspondence, including confidential items.
- Arrange venues for meetings and conferences.
- Prepare agendas and attend team meetings.
- Set up and maintain files and meeting notes.
- Manage incoming US mail.
- Manage special projects for StudySync sales and marketing as needed.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Other duties as required.
Share Your Expertise
Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field and 2+ years of administrative experience with at least two years in a corporate work environment; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
- Highly motivated with excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, self-directed, and able to handle multiple priorities with demanding timeframes.
- Ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a high-quality results-driven, team-oriented environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to anticipate and provide assistance across the organization.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Google applications. Working knowledge of NetSuite and/or CRM database software preferred, or the ability to quickly learn.
