Imagine360 Hiring for Void/Refund Specialist at Remote Full Time

Imagine360 is currently seeking a Void/Refund Specialist to join our team! This position is responsible for intake and posting of all voids and refunds. The position performs research in order to accurately process voids and refunds. This position maintains a comprehensive understanding of the plan document(s) under their scope of responsibility.

Position Location: 100% remote

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Processes voids/refunds in system.
  • Reconciles and finalizes claim
    • Research claim information to ensure accurate application.
  • Facilitates relationship with overpayment vendor recovery.
  • Ensures accurate tracking of void and refund processing.
• Customer Service
  • Assists Customer Service Representatives with questions.
  • Specific plan/claim questions within 24 hours
  • Appropriately escalates difficult issues up the chain of command.
  • Acts as a role model in demonstrating the core values in customer service delivery.
  • Provides timely and thorough follow up with, internal and external customers.
    • Tracks and returns telephone calls/mail to members and groups answering
  • Appropriately escalates difficult issues up the chain of command.
• Quality Assurance
  • Recognizes and alerts appropriate supervisor of trends within their scope of responsibility that fall outside of quality parameters
  • Performs self-quality monitoring in order to develop and execute plans to meet established goals.
  • Provides ongoing feedback to help optimize quality performance.
  • Collaborates with others and cross-departmentally to improve or streamline procedures.
  • Develops new or improves current internal processes to improve quality

Required Experience / Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 2 years of claims examiner and/or customer service experience

Skills and Abilities:

• Proficient 10-key and typing skills
• Demonstrated self-motivation, organizational skills, problem-solving skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated ability to remain neutral and maintain confidentiality.
