They team is comprised of Warehousing subject matter experts coupled with technologists who are able to build smart and customised solutions for their Warehousing and Supply chain customers incorporating 3PL providers.

The Role

Due to continued growth and importantly, new customer acquisition, Interlogic have created this position to build and grow a Junior to Intermediate Warehouse Management System Consultant to assist the Senior Consultants during the process of implementing MultiPick WMS – their cornerstone product.

Based in Auckland’s ever expanding North Shore, you will enjoy a hybrid role which illustrates their ability to provide an environment delivering on work life balance requirements.

Reporting to the General Manager, your skills will be developed over time through direct coaching and development from the GM and the broader Consulting Team.

The Selection Criteria

• Experience in, or have practical knowledge of;
• Warehousing and distribution functions. You can demonstrate a background in the management of inventory and systems, or;
• Have commercial experience in a logistic BA function, or;
• You may have implementation team experience where warehouse management systems/solutions were put into place. You may have played a role in configuration or business process mapping or even, troubleshooting the implementation or user requirements or
• You have got ERP experience and you need to know a reasonable amount of the inner workings of a warehouse.
• MultiPick experience is highly advantageous, WMS experience is preferential, but warehousing knowledge/experience is a must.
• Software testing experience is seen as highly beneficial.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients and internal staff, hence strong written and verbal communication skills are seen as essential.

The role involves:

• Assisting the support team with triaging support calls and performing investigation of issues, documentation of needs and interfacing with clients through the remedying the support request.
• Assist with developing specifications for enhancements with clients and work closely with software team to bring functionality to reality.
• Assisting the Consulting team with testing, documentation, end user training and project and support related activities.
• Contributing to Post Implementation Support incorporating troubleshooting and ongoing configuration improvements.
• The expectation is the candidate will in time develop a deep understanding of their MultiPick software and underlying business processes. Training will be provided.
• Some national travel from time to time is required.
