IMC Outdoor Living is looking for Production Workers to add to our growing team.

Our plants consist of production lines that colors and bags two different types of recycled rubber mulch in a variety of colors. Our rubber mulch products are used in playgrounds as a safety surface and in landscapes as an alternative to wood mulch.

Duties May Include:

Stack finished products on pallets

Staple label to finished products

Carry large buckets of rubber from mixers to production presses

Spread rubber into molds

Assemble boxes for finished goods

Shift Available

• 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm
• 2nd Shift- Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-3:30am

Production Worker Qualifications:

18 years or older

1-2 years’ experience working in an industrial operations environment, preferred.

Strong willingness to work hard, reliable, attentive and attention to detail.

Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs., required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
