IMG Hiring for Stores Assistant Job at Auckland Full Time

IMG is a heavy engineering company that delivers maintenance, fabrication and engineering services and a range of innovative solutions to clients throughout the North Island.

We are looking for energetic and proactive people to join our team, perhaps you want to gain exposure in the engineering industry or want experience in the supply chain / logistics department.

Responsibilities:

• General stock duties such as, unpacking deliveries, putting stock away, replenishing stock, distributing stock to our other site locations.
• Providing customer service to our internal team at our internal stores.
• Entering / receipting items and orders and stock into the system.
• Coordinate solutions of goods to end users to meet expectations.

Key Skills and Attributes required:

• Good communications skills.
• Be physical fit, this role would require you to lift up to 25kg.
• Can work with systems and enter information.
• Able to provide customer service in our internal store.
• Willing and wants to learn to work on the forklift.
• Ideally, have a full driver’s license.

What we are offering:

• Be a key element in the workshop in an engineering environment.
• Full time hours – Monday to Friday 6.00 – 2:30pm or 8:00 – 4:30pm
• Onsite parking at our East Tamaki site
• An opportunity for you to complete your Forklift license and Dangerous Good Course.

You could be new to the role or industry, or you could be an experienced Store Person. We have two roles available and want to hear from you. The payrate for this role would range between $24 – $28 experience depending.
