Immaculate Cleaning Company is looking to fill the role of personal assistant. You will be assisting the owner with daily operations. If you are looking for an engaging position, please take a look at the list of qualifications below. This position is remote, you must have a smart phone, computer and high speed internet. You must be highly organized and have a quiet environment because you will be on the phone. This position is part time between the hours of 10-3.
*You will be the main point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for answering phones, answering questions about our services and pricing, scheduling clients accordingly and providing top quality customer service.
*You will responsible for maintaining and updating the daily, weekly and monthly schedule and relaying changes to the owner and staff.
* You will be responsible for invoicing clients, collecting payments and maintaining the accounts receivable.
* You will be responsible for providing potential clients with job quotes and following up on sales/service leads.
* You will be responsible for cold calling commercial clients to offer our services.
* You will responsible for assisting the owner with hiring of new staff and assuring compliance with new hire paperwork.
* You will be responsible for assisting the owner in ordering supplies as needed.
