The Role:
This unique role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work in a newly established team to deliver a bespoke Level 4 apprenticeship which includes a level 4 Certificate in higher Education, affiliated by De Montfort University (DMU).
The successful candidate is responsible for the Functional Skills and Standard components of the apprenticeship standard (including Gateway and EPA) and will use evidence opportunities created for the CertHE and ‘map’ this evidence to the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSBs).
You will be responsible for managing a caseload of apprentices to deliver a quality learning experience for their Children, Young People and Families Practitioner (community) Apprenticeship Standard within their place of work, whilst providing exceptional support to both learners and employers.
You will provide learners with clear milestones and targets alongside monthly teaching sessions (remote or face to face) as well as reviewing their progress every 10-12 weeks to support their timely progression to gateway and on to successfully completing their end point assessment. You will ensure all required records are completed to meet ESFA and Ofsted requirements.
