Job Summary

Impel is looking for a junior software engineer to join our Level 3 support team. This engineer will work closely with our technical support and product teams and work on a wide variety of integration and customer onboarding tasks.

Essential Functions of the Job

• Write and debug code to integrate Impel’s software on customer websites.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs in back-end, front-end, and database code.
• Work closely with a talented team of web and mobile software engineers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in computer science or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with HTML, Javascript, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with frontend debugging tools.
• Proficiency with Python.
• Comfortable with Linux command line and git.
• At least one prior full-time position or internship as a software engineer or programmer.
