The Education Support Coordinator provides support to the Faculty of Engineering’s Education Team. The Education Team are responsible for the delivery of educational governance, strategic projects, events and initiatives, learning technology, student support, access and opportunities. These activities support all ten departments across the Faculty of Engineering.
The role will focus on three main areas:
You will have a first degree or equivalent educational experience. Ideally with experience of working in academic administration with quality assurance processes, you will have the ability to understand, apply and advise on complex policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manipulate and analyse data. Accuracy and a strong attention to detail are paramount.
