Work Location: 2433 Marshall Ave #3, Imperial, CA 92251

March and Ash Imperial aims to provide the highest level of customer service in the industry. We are seeking a Full time Receptionist to provide the highest level of customer service in the licensed dispensary industry.

Responsibilities:
Welcoming and checking in customers

Verifying patient info

Make sure that shop floor is clean and fully organized at all times

Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

Actively educate yourself about the cannabis industry

Stay up-to-date on all of the company’s special deals, sales, and promotions

Punctual and consistent shift attendance

Qualifications:
21 years or older

Experience using point-of-sale systems

Comfortable using Google Drive including Docs, Sheets and Forms

Great attention to detail

Excellent communication skills

Ability to maintain professional decorum in a high-pressure environment

Comprehensive computer skills

Experience:
Customer Service: 3 Years

Education:
High School or equivalent GED

Compensation: Position pays per Union agreement:
$15 / Hour + Tips

We value past experience in the cannabis industry, or alternatively in medical, hospitality, or retail industries. Management in similar customer-centric industries is also acceptable.
