Implementation Consultant Full Time

The company is embarking on a significant journey – bringing to life their next generation of solutions to their customers.

As the Implementation Consultant, you’ll develop a deep understanding of our client’s products and solutions. You’ll play a pivotal role in providing support and services across the suite of products and BAU responsibilities. The newly created role is for an initial 6 month fixed term position, with the possibility of an extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site and remote system deployments services across suite of software and hardware products.
• Successfully manage and implement parking service solutions including product support, pre-sales support, training and documentation.
• Identify process improvements.
• Product support;
• Where required, provide 1st and 2nd level help desk support via online and phone.
• Documentation requirements as appropriate for clients.
• Effective management of client queries during implementation of project.
• Pre-sales support;
• Conduct product demonstrations for current and new releases.
• Ability to demonstrate suite of products and their capabilities.
• Build and enhance the company company profile with new and existing clients.

Required Skills:

• High level of customer service and trouble shooting skills.
• Ability to understand basic SQL queries (nice to have).
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate clearly and concisely in plain English.
• Ability to respond thoughtfully and appropriately in a variety of situations.
• Experience with software implementation projects.
• Implementation of software solutions to external clients.
• High level of application support experience.
