Job Description

MISSION: Support IMUSA USA Director of Planning and Logistics, Procurement Buyers and Management Team with clerical tasks, general analysis, reporting, and other ad hoc duties as requested.CONTEXT: He/she executes the mission in a dynamic landscape, assisting the Planning and Logistics Team Local ethnic market in Cookware and Small Appliances, supporting a unique business modelMAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB – (WILL BE TRAINED): Entry of new Purchase Orders from Buyers and revisions as needed. Create and Maintain file folders for each Purchase Order Receive Documents from Suppliers Send documents to Freight Forwarders Handling of Payments Receive Purchase Orders in warehousing and accounting systems Handle pick-ups and deliveries of warehouse transfers Follow-up with forwarders on issues with invoices and aging File Freight Forwarder document packets into respective folders Review and Posting of external warehouse receiving’s Daily processing of items with orders of more than 300pcs per SKU on Select Customer orders. Preparation of weekly and monthly reportsMAIN SKILLS REQUIRED: Bi-lingual English-Spanish Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, charts, linking spreadsheets, etc…..) Working knowledge with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Outlook Independent worker with good organizational skills Analytical and reasoning skills Potential for and interest in advancement within the business and/or Planning and Logistics TeamJob Type: Full-timePay: $18.27 – $20.19 per hourBenefits:
