We currently have a full time position available for an Administrative Assistant in Baldwin Park, CA* in the QFC Department (Quality, Friendliness, and Cleanliness). The Administrative Assistant will support the QFC Manager, and will provide high-level administrative support by handling information requests and performing administrating functions such as compiling reports, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for QFC team and executives.
- This position is full time, in-office only
General Responsibilities
- Responsible for all administrative, clerical and office tasks for QFC department, which is the department that enforces the “Quality, Friendliness, and Cleanliness” standards in the restaurants
- Provide administrative support, such as answer and make phone calls, manage voicemails and team calendars; plan meetings and arranging daily appointments
- Responsible for maintaining the schedule for the QFC Manager and the QFC Evaluators
- Outstanding organizational skills; will maintain the Executive’s calendar
- Manage all administrative tasks and personal activities
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Will arrange appointments, maintain and update filing systems
- Excellent customer skills – will handle all incoming calls from In-N-Out Burger associates
- Excellent communication skills – prepare reports and presentations; handle incoming and outgoing communications
- Excellent writing skills – will draft written correspondences
- Must always be friendly and professional; Excellent composure
- Accountable for various special projects that call for excellent administrative skills
- Strong computer skills in both word processing and spreadsheet functions
Work Schedule + Benefits
- Full-time position, Hourly (non-exempt)
- Office hours: M-F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Office location: Baldwin Park, CA
- Some weekend and holiday availability required

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Strong understanding of In-N-Out Burger culture; customer service oriented
- Friendly demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to book travel; manage multiple travel schedules and calendars
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; communication with all levels of management
- Strong time management and interpersonal skills
- Proven history of providing outstanding customer service while proactively troubleshooting/problem solving
- Proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while remaining organized, efficient and flexible
- Highly motivated self-starter
- Ability to work autonomously and independently, yet be an integral part of an overall team environment
