Hours: 38 hours

Contract type: 6 Months

Location: Auckland, NZ

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and principal requirements·
• Checking & ensuring all applicable details match as per agreement , and question where/when required ( eg missing or incorrect charges )
• Performing accurate and timely database management
• Ensuring information on local rules and regulations, changes in port charges, and related requirements are adhered
• Process into system correctly for raising final invoice charges for presenting with back up information
• Receive all documentation from Port Agents for processing a vessel port call.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Fluent in English – both written and spoken· A level of computer literacy
• The ideal candidate, must be familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work towards a deadline
