Job Overview

We are currently searching for a Full Stack .NET Developer to join our team. In this role, you will work in an Agile Scrum team to develop our industry-leading Epic software product using C#, React, TypeScript, and SQL Server, as well as maintain or enhance legacy features using VB.NET.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum team members to deliver high-quality technical solutions that answer our client’s business requirements. We are looking for developers to deliver well-written, enterprise-scale applications.

What You’ll Do

• Become a dedicated participant of your Agile Scrum team and collaborate with other members on the Agile Scrum team to self-manage feature development to completion
• Collaborate with Application, Enterprise, and Test Architects on technical solutions
• Participate in sprint reviews of completed functionality at the end of each sprint
• Create unit and functional tests during code development
• Identify and communicate possible improvements in the process
• Mentor and guide junior-level developers

What You’ll Need to Succeed

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has the ability to work 100% remotely, or from one of our offices

Your experience should include some or all of the following:

• 3+ years of experience creating enterprise software using C#, .NET 5/6, TypeScript, React or Angular, SQL Server, and Visual Studio
• Familiar with Agile frameworks, ideally Scrum or Kanban using tools like Jira and Confluence
• Ability to communicate in a team-oriented environment to clarify requirements and deliver solutions within committed timelines
• Ability to provide feedback on coding standards through code reviews
• Proven technical abilities, troubleshooting skills, and research abilities
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or CIS, or equivalent work experience

Additionally, you may have:

• Experience with Gitlab, Cypress, Go, Angular, Kubernetes, or containerization
