What is Indeed Flex?

We are an on-demand marketplace helping Job Seekers and Employers have 100% control and choice over shifts worked in real time. We want to enable Job Seekers to control their schedule, choose their work and enable them to work as many or as few shifts as they want. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assisting with admin tasks
• Adapting to changes in onboarding process design and tooling
• Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Indeed Flex platform and the benefits it offers to workers
• Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of the systems we use (Zoom, G-Suite, SalesForce, Tableau, RingCentral, Slack, Ally, Fountain, BambooHR, etc)
• Hosting sessions and presenting to a room (in person or online) of up to 100 people at a time
• Conducting one-on-one interviews (in person or online) to assess experience and verify best workers
• Documentation and certification checks (in person or online) to ensure legal and compliance requirements
• Conducting training sessions for Flexers across a variety of roles and skills
  Work closely with Account Managers to ensure clients’ needs are being fulfilled
• Deliver on company OKRs and targets. These may include but are not limited to worker experience, worker quality, compliance, industry/location specific requirements, fulfillment rate, etc.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2+ years of experience working in the relevant role
• Confident and effective presentation skills
• The ability to build rapport with people from different backgrounds (strong team player)
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire succeed and hit targets
• Strong technology skills including Zoom, Google Suite incl. Google Sheets & Slides
• Excellent communication skills to educate and inspire potential Indeed Flex candidates
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, efficient data entry and time management
