Your Job
We are recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join the Indeed global finance team in Ireland on a contract basis. The successful candidate will provide administrative and bookkeeping support and streamline financial recordkeeping.
Our team consists of experienced, motivated, and self-sufficient high performers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work at a fast pace, and have strong attention to detail.
Please note that this is a 12 month fixed term contract role
Responsibilities
- Complete reconciliation, statement and/or daily admin objectives
- Work with clients on reconciliations and statement needs
- Support Sales and client services with client invoice and payment challenges
- Assist in application of payments
- Work with all accounting and finance teams on ad hoc administration and project needs
- Proactively reach out to customers to ensure timely payment
- Approve Insertion orders for international clients (including perform credit checks, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned
Who You Are
- 2+ years of applicable work experience
- Fluent business level of English
- Fluent in a second language (French, German or Dutch) is desirable but not essential
- Finance/Customer support/ Accounts receivable experience in a multinational tech environment is preferred but not essential
- Experience with Microsoft Office and general accounting using MS Excel is essential
- Meticulous organization skills and detail-oriented
- Multi-currency experience a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
