This role sits under the Client Strategy & Insights team which belongs to the Sales Strategy organization. Our team supports client-facing teams with insights driven analysis, actionable narratives, & collateral. We deliver innovative and trusted world class services that enable our client facing teams to foster client relationships and help people get jobs.
The Client Strategy & Insights Specialist will support clients across the globe, specifically focused but not limited to the UK market. You will assist in the strategic development and adoption of client facing materials.To be successful, you will be able to support high-energy Sales and Client Success reps to hit their targets, understand the sales cycles, conduct custom analysis and prepare scalable client facing reporting and presentations.
You will use your analytical background to coordinate and deliver superior client reporting and analysis to clients. The Client Insights Specialist will transform and analyze data in order to deliver strategic consulting services, with an eye toward supporting the client with their business objectives and expanding our relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Be able to create simple narratives using complex data points and translate into client facing visuals that maintain brand guidelines.
- Be the subject matter expert on accounts to understand business needs in order to develop innovative, scalable tools and solutions to address client goals.
- Collect & consolidate feedback from multiple Sales and Customer Success stakeholders and proactively work to find appropriate solutions.
- Drive awareness to available resources and support custom one-off requests. Develop and lead continued education learning opportunities for your sales teams.
- Provide well thought out and strategic market/segment communication plans to drive awareness and knowledge about the CSI Team.
- Problem solve, analyze data, and present findings in a way that encourages sales to optimize revenue potential via customized sales presentations and performance reports.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations on location, product and budget optimization opportunities
- Identify areas for process improvement; proactively and creatively propose solutions.
- Support projects by consulting from a client-facing perspective within specific business areas, markets, products or workstreams
- Continuously provide constructive feedback with a solutions oriented approach to your leadership team.
Who You Are
- +3 years experience working in fast-paced, sales environment
- Experience in the digital advertising ecosystem (publishers, agencies, marketers/advertisers) a plus
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
- Proficient in MS Office with strong emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Looker)
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Python and Jupyter Notebooks experience a plus
- Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders
- A thorough understanding of sales cycles and understanding of account management
- Excellent time management, organizational and planning skills

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, long term incentives, an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
Salary Range Transparency
Dublin 42,000 – 60,000 EUR per year
