We are recruiting for an Employment Tax Analyst to join the Indeed team in Dublin, Ireland. We are looking for a dynamic Employment Tax Analyst who will join our in-house Global tax team that is responsible for all employment tax matters globally.
As part of the Global Employment Tax function within the tax team you’ll play an important role in the organization. You will work closely with our global Employment Tax team, global payroll operational managers, Human Resources, Stock Admin, Global Mobility, M&A, and Corporate Tax teams to ensure we are fulfilling our employment tax obligations throughout the globe.
About the Role
- Work directly with the employment tax team on a number of employment tax / payroll special projects as they arise.
- Provide employment tax advice and coordinate with internal stakeholders on all benefit and perk programs, M&A,and payroll initiatives to develop tax positions to ensure compliance to local tax and reporting regulations.
- Collaborating closely with both the Global Mobility and Payroll teams to establish streamlined processes.
- Support with the coordination of employment tax audits globally.
- Collaborating closely with our Equity, Global Mobility and Payroll teams to support the ongoing processing of our equity programme and ensure compliance with local equity reporting obligations.
Who You Are
- You will bring 3+ years of relevant employment tax experience to the role. Inhouse employment tax / global mobility experience preferred but not essential.
- You will have demonstrated experience in employment and mobility tax, global compensation reporting and payroll processes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, including the experience flexing to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Self-starter and fast learner and experience working with multiple teams.

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
Salary Range Transparency
Dublin 60,000 – 78,000 EUR per year
