We are looking for an Insights Lead to grow our global insights function. You will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of Insights Managers dispersed across the globe. In partnership with the head of User Experience, you will oversee the exploratory research that helps shape our Social impact regional strategies.

You will be responsible for growing our insights capabilities to include quantitative insights on bias and barriers in hiring derived from Indeed’s own data. You will build and drive a strategy to derive and share insights with external partners including community and workforce development organizations. You will partner with other teams in ESG —Product and Partnerships—and across Indeed to deliver insights that inform product development.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
