We are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join the Indeed team in Dubli. The role of an HR Business Partner is to solve complex organisational challenges through people-related solutions.

This is a senior HR Business Partner position where you’ll be an integral part of connecting the Indeed HR agenda with the business strategy of the Indeed leadership team; therefore, you’ll need to understand every aspect of the business and be a thought leader. This will require you to think big, use data to guide your work, be comfortable challenging convention, and in some cases reinvent how work is done. You’ll partner with a cross-functional group of subject-matter experts to design and execute Indeed’s strategy for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize work. As part of our culture, you’ll also have the opportunity to be hands-on, working side by side with our employees to get things done on a variety of HR related areas. You’ll be responsible for performing a variety of human resources functions including handling of employee life cycle activities, employee relations, performance management and compliance. As a core part of this hands-on work, you will be rolling out programs – including compensation, performance and talent initiatives. This role will be supporting our core markets across EMEA, initially focusing on our BNL market which spans across Netherlands, Belgium and Ireland.

• Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines
• Provide guidance to clients around performance management, coaching, using data to tell a story, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs
• Consult with senior leaders/managers and build strong partnerships with client groups at all levels
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance; partner with legal department as needed/required
• Develop strong global working relationships with HR partners and colleagues across the globe to provide a seamless and one HR partnership to your client group
• Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution; provide insightful data to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions
• Coach and mentor managers, colleagues and team members to help drive the business strategy forward

Who You Are

• 7+ years of experience in HR within a professional environment, in the role of HR Generalist or HRBP.
• Experience of working within an EMEA HRBP team desired.
• Demonstrated exceptional experience in facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Detail and goal-oriented, has the flexibility to deal with multiple and changing priorities while focused on customer service and quality where customer service is paramount.
• Experience across multiple markets and locations in EMEA desired (Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland desired)
• Ability to manage own time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities.
• Excellent problem solving and organizational acumen.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to connect and develop trust quickly.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and understanding as to a developing foundation of employment legislation, and the ability to translate this into practical advice for all of Indeed.
