The Internal Mobility program’s goal is to create a world class experience for all internal candidates looking for their next job at Indeed.
We work hand in hand with our partner teams to build an Internal Mobility process that supports our candidates on their career journey.
Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Own multiple Internal Mobility projects end to end.
- Work with a number of internal partner teams and stakeholders to gather input and feedback
- Managing all communication to relevant teams and partners
Data & Reporting
- Partnering with our Systems teams to drive building reporting and providing regular updates
- You will also report out on different data related measures of success for our Program.
Education
- Working with our Training teams to create content for different audiences internally
- Facilitate training sessions via Zoom or in person
- Auditing regularly & maintaining existing resources
- Looking for opportunities for improvements & updates
Who You Are
- 3+ years experience as an In House recruiter
- Strong experience owning projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in creating and delivering reporting
- Background in facilitating in person and Zoom sessions
- Ability to think critically and act with a sense of urgency
- Team player mindset
- Motivated to improve the internal candidate experience

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees.
