- Cover daily operations with APAC/EMEA-based content creation vendors
- Manage localization projects from beginning to end, collaborating closely with internal teams and external vendors
- Support internal teams and vendors in investigating and resolving concerns about content quality
- Identify issues impacting localization efficiency and solve them by mediating disagreements and developing corrective and preventive action plans
- Improve the localization process in collaboration with stakeholders and other localization functions with an emphasis on enabling quality management at scale
Who You Are
- 3+ years experience with LSPs, translation, localization, QA, project or program management
- significant vendor managing experience
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- familiar with foreign cultures and languages (multilingual or a polyglot)
- detail oriented and can deliver projects with different deadlines to multiple stakeholders and teams with differing incentives
- a self-motivated worker who excels at defining their own work
- inquisitive and eager to learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- uses strong quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills to recognize patterns and creative solutions
- is willing to take on new commitments and adapt to frequently changing requirements
- mentors and coaches new team members
- is able to identify and drive process improvements
- manages internal and external stakeholders
- enjoys independent/autonomous problem-solving (including collaborative problem solving)
- supports strategic planning for complex stakeholder requests as well as Localization OKR projects
- leads cross-team projects, meetings, and initiative/project teams, and influences planning within and outside of localization
Nice to Have
- Project management certification (Prince2, PMP, CAPM)
- Experience with content management systems, process/task automation, APIs
- Data Analysis, Visualization and Presentation
