Company Pages Operations Support Specialists are responsible for protecting the integrity of Indeed’s products by working in a team dedicated to monitoring the accuracy and precision of Indeed’s company page moderation processes. In this role, you will help maintain quality metrics and standards along with acting as a point of escalation for key stakeholders. You will build and maintain training materials, along with upholding the company pages policies and identifying process improvements. This team is the authority on Company Pages content at Indeed, and makes decisions on a daily basis that inform the job seeker experience, our inter-departmental processes, and the evolution of the Company Pages product.
Responsibilities:
- Gain expertise in the Company Pages product and the nuances of your markets of focus.
- Ensure user generated content, such as reviews and Q&A, are assigned to the right companies.
- Triage and respond to incoming requests from internal or external stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow structured processes and best practices for workflow consistencies.
- Communicate policy decisions effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as escalation point of contact for outsourced vendor workflows.
- Assist with quality control reviews of outsourced vendor work.
- Help improve internal processes and tools in order to keep up with growing demand.
- Participate in short- and long-term projects to improve the Company Pages product and overall job seeker experience.
- Maintain internal documentation of processes and procedures.
- Escalate outlier support issues for deeper investigation.
- Collaborate effectively with team members located in different offices and time zones.
Who You Are

2+ years of successful experience within an administrative/support function.

Experience working in a high volume queue based environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience in a ticket-based investigatory role or with a consumer-facing web company is strongly preferred.

Experience helping shape team processes and documentation is strongly preferred.

Jira or Salesforce experience is a plus

Reading proficiency in German, French, Dutch or Japanese a big plus

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

US Remote 23.56 – 34.13 USD per hour
