Your Job
Indeed is hiring a Payroll Specialist at its EMEA Headquarters in Dublin. The Payroll team consists of experienced, motivated, and self-sufficient high performers. The ideal candidate will have worked in a multinational environment, possess strong technical skills and be able to demonstrate strong communication and process improvement skills.
This role will report directly to the Senior Payroll Manager, EMEA
Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll across multiple EMEA & LATAM locations in partnership with our global third-party payroll provider
- Process new hires, terminations, status changes, tax changes, direct deposits, pay rate changes and garnishments
- Prepare payroll-related documentation to ensure payroll accuracy before submittal to our third-party payroll provider
- Month-end reporting including preparation of payroll journals and balance sheet reconciliations
- Process off-cycle payments including final salary, bonuses, and commissions
- Partner with HR to align payroll and benefit improvements
Who You Are
- 3+ years of EMEA payroll experience
- Experience leading projects / process efficiencies review
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Experience using ADP / Cloudpay desirable

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
Salary Range Transparency
Dublin 40,000 – 60,000 EUR per year
