Your Job
As a Senior Program Specialist within the Talent Management team, you are integral in executing on key elements of our Talent Management programs for our global TA Team. This means you will work in a way that grows and positively impacts the effectiveness, efficiency, and overall performance of the Talent Management Programs through key pieces of work.
Under the Talent Management umbrella you will be responsible for supporting work across three different programs; Performance Management, Performance Enablement & Professional Development. These programs support highly impactful work around how we define goals and measure performance within our teams, how we reward performance and how we help our teams to continue to grow and develop their careers at Indeed (as well as much more!). You will support the running of our quarterly performance management cycle as well as our calibrations and promotions processes, including delivering training to people managers globally. You will provide support with the redesign of our role profiles for TA and our global goal setting initiative. You will execute on various tasks relating to our career and professional development initiatives as well as facilitating training relating to our Talent Management Programs.
About You
- You are a strong communicator and are keen to take different perspectives and approaches on board to deliver the best programs; you are comfortable presenting to groups, including senior leadership, and delivering training sessions
- You revel in digging into the details while also thinking strategically and taking a global approach to your work
- You enjoy building collaborative relationships across teams and locations; you will partner cross-functionally with other teams, such as our HRBP group, HR Analytics, TA Operations, Compensation and TA Special Projects
- You work well with ambiguity and are naturally curious and solutions-focused
- You work autonomously and proactively seek solutions to challenges or roadblocks, knowing when and how to engage additional help or support as needed
Who You Are
- 3+ years experience in a TA/HR related function (program or project management management related experience a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically while paying attention to details, anticipating challenges or roadblocks and proactively bringing solutions
- Demonstrated ability to identify efficiencies, implement solutions and improve processes
- Proven ability to execute on large-scale, global programs, projects and processes
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to establish effective partnerships and collaboration with the goal of driving to solutions and adoption
- Experience supporting program, project or process rollouts; providing updates, facilitating training, change management etc.

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
Salary Range Transparency
Dublin 53,000 – 75,000 EUR per year
