Job Description:
· Strong communication and telephone skills, relaying and dispatching service calls and messages.
· Schedule and route client service appointments.
· Filing and attention to detail.
· Skilled in Word – type letters, bids, documents, forms.
· Basic knowledge of Excel.
· Write customer invoices, service calls and work orders.
· Understanding entry of customer invoicing. We will train to use QuickBooks.
· Maintain customer accounts, contacts and contracts.
· We will train in learning our line of products and knowledge of services.
· Receiving vendor orders / using purchase orders.
· Bilingual a plus.

· Starting Pay $2771.00 to 2944.00 monthly.
· Hours are Mon – Fri 8am to 4:30pm alternating weekly to 7:30am-4pm.
