inDrive Looking for Customer Relationship Management Specialist at Ciudad de México, México Full Time

We are expanding our Marketing department and we’re looking for a Consumer Relationship Management Analyst to join our team! In this position you will be responsible to develop and implement strategies of communication to our user base groups in different Latin American countries!

Please notice that CVs in English will be considered primarily.

This position is based in Mexico City, Mexico.

What you will do:

• Develop communication strategy based on product metrics
• Get data-driven insights and use them to leverage the quality of the communication
• Design new communication channels and content personalization tools
• Set up and control communications with users (push&inapp)
• Plan and implement a regular content schedule together with related departments and teams (copywriting, design, research, and others)
• Make analysis of the main KPIs for the network and user life cycle
• Perform regular data analytics tasks (hypotheses, tests, campaign performance and others)
• Make researches of the user base, providing insights and points of growth

What we expect from you:

• Advanced English level
• Native Spanish level with written proficiency
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Management or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in marketing roles
• Experience in CRM, email, target marketing
• Experience with large amounts of data
• Experience in product thinking background (A/B tests, product metrics, design thinking)
• High level of expertise in data visualization and analysis
• MIRO/Figma experienced user
