Schedule Notes: M- F 9-5 Job Description:MetroPlus Health Plan is seeking an individual to join the Provider Relations in the capacity of data entry, provider portal registrations clerk and provider reach out projects as temporary help. This position will perform tasks related to entering provider information into Salesforce system as well as communicating and validating data entry with providers as needed to achieve provider access to MetroPlusHealth provider portal registration and access. The Provider Relations Coordinator will also assist with outreach projects as needed to gather provider information and update internal systems. Under the Guidance of the Provider Relations Manager, the Provider Relations Coordinator willReview and evaluate registration data submitted by providers.Collect all necessary information required to register providers on the portal.Verify with providers as needed information or lack of information by following up with providers via phone or e-mail.Once cases are created, activate accounts, confirm accounts are working as intended and notify completion if needed.Report any systematic errors or system limitations identified during the registration process to IT.Ensure that all documentation is confidential and maintained in a secure environment.Contact providers to validate information and data accuracy Education Requirement:– High School diploma or High School equivalency required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Previous experience with data entry.- Good computer skills and able to work with MS Office Bi-lingual skills are strongly preferred (Spanish, Mandarin, Russian, French, Cantonese, Korean, Urdu, other) Preferred.
