Industry Training Works is growing! We are currently looking for a Sales Support Representative with proven Customer Service experience to join our team. Previous administration / sales support experience and a passion for the training industry would be most advantageous.

Supporting the Sales & Marketing team, this role involves a fast-paced environment, where energy and excellent eye for detail is key.

Other key duties include:  scheduling appointments for our sales team, bookings, inbound and outbound calls.

Our successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Self-motivation and drive for professional development
• Strong time management and the ability to prioritise
• Work well under pressure and be adaptable to change
• Conversant with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly CRM, Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Creative thinking and enjoys problem solving
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as required
• People person
