We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Receptionist to join our team!

• The candidate will undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance.
• You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner determine the business of the caller and successfully route or handle the call as appropriate.
• Return all calls and go through the messages on the answering machine. · Create new files.
• Mail and create documents.
• Confirmation for installs made over the phone.
• Print out necessary documents.
• Make labels.
• Prepare documents for rebates & warranties.
• Greet customers when they come into the facility.
• Be willing to learn new tasks as needed.
• Printing and copying various forms.
• Provide basic product information to customers when walk-ins come to the facility. ·
• Provide administrative support when needed to all departments. ·

Education and Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
