Description:
The primary responsibility of this job is general data entry in an accurate and timely manner.
Timekeeping and cost reporting may also be involved, as well as ensuring invoices are approved and returned to Accounts Payable Department

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Data Entry. Assist with Timekeeping. Assist with Cost reporting Strong knowledge of Timekeeping/Payroll processes and Contract Management.
Must have a general understanding of SAP and Excel.
Must possess excellent keying skills, good communication skills and base level writing skills are also required. Must be able to demonstrate good people skills and the ability to function well under stress Must demonstrate a strong willingness to perform repetitive tasks
Ability to demonstrate knowledge of office related software to include Microsoft Office or Outlook.
Proficient in Excel and SAP

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Completion of some college-level courses and/or 1-4 years experience Some understanding of basic level Accounting concepts is desired
