Job Position : Help Desk Analyst

Job Location : Remote

Job Duration : 6 Months (Contract To Hire)

Job Description :

  • Available to do occasional After Hours support – weeknights and weekends as needed.
  • Deskwork / Answering Trouble Tickets via Web or Phone = 100%
  • Temp to Perm potential
  • Must be flexible with work hours depending on volume. The Service Desk hours are 5:30am-6:30pm Pacific.
