We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our talented Web Strategy & Platforms team. You will play a vital role in driving our success by leveraging your expertise to build and enhance our web applications and platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with operations, strategy, and creative teams to develop and deploy software solutions that meet the needs of our business. You will be involved in all stages of the software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to implementation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to gather requirements and develop innovative software solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using modern web technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Implement and integrate front-end and back-end components to create seamless user experiences and robust software systems.
• Develop and integrate APIs and web services to facilitate seamless data flow between various systems and applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Perform thorough testing and debugging to identify and fix software defects and ensure the reliability and stability of our applications.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and trends in the software development industry and incorporate them into the development process when appropriate.
• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and ensure high-quality code.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience as a full-stack software engineer
• Must provide code samples that showcase proficiency of Javascript
• Attach project files (ZIP format) or share link to code repository
• Experience in front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and widely-used frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience in back-end development utilizing programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js, in addition to frameworks such as Django or Express.
• Experience with database technologies, encompassing SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience problem-solving and debugging to optimize code for performance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
