We champion you.Job Description The Divisional Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and project management support to the General Manager and the wider divisional team of the IMI Portfolio at Informa Connect New York.This role involves coordinating activities, managing projects, providing excellent customer service, and executing on various production and sales initiatives to support the division’s growth and success. This is a hybrid position reporting to the office 2 days a week. Expected pay: $24-$30/hr based on experienceQualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in a project management or coordinator role, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
