Short Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Deliver new CI/CD capabilities to meet customer needs
• Providing required DevOps design and implementation in the required platforms
• Provide required strategies and implementation of CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide requirements and evolve the most feasible solution based on the requirements
• Define and evolve system concepts and technically feasible software solutions that answer the client’s analysis challenges.
• Research, understand, and document client challenges to develop the best solution concept
• Additionally, you will be responsible for the project’s budget, time boxes, resource allocation, and approach and to document, track and plan the solution’s development.

Skills /Competencies:
Essential:

• Tertiary Qualification in IT.
• Automation skills are a must using python, shell scripting etc.
• Excellent knowledge of working with DevOps tools such as – Bamboo, Jira, BitBucket/GitLab, SonarQube, Coverity, Artifactory/Nexus etc.
• Good knowledge on document-oriented databases like Elasticsearch, Couchbase etc.
• Knowledge on security protocols like TLS, HTTPS, LDAPS is preferred.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, and Puppet etc. will also be looked upon favorably.
• Configuration management of test data and tools
• Knowledge of manual and automation testing
• Knowledge of Agile & Scrum development environment, multiple web browsers, and automated testing suites
• Knowledge of continuous Integration tool JENKINS to perform continuous testing.
• Skilled in API testing for REST and SOAP web services
• Experience in BDD tools such as Cucumber
• Web based testing including Regression Testing, System Integration Testing, System Testing
• Automation testing using Selenium, Cucumber and build management tool MAVEN
• Experience in defining test Cases, developing, maintaining test scripts, analyzing the results of scripts and interaction with developers in fixing the errors
• Experience in Bug Tracking and Reporting using JIRA, HP Quality Center

Preferred:

• Experience in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) based application development, integration and testing.
• Proficient in Data Management, OSS, BSS, networking stack and process management throughout key phases of SDLC and STLC

Additional Skills:

• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
