We are on the look-out for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance team based on the North Shore. With a focus on both accounting & business analysis, this is a rare opportunity to join our high achieving Finance team. The responsibilities include profitability reporting, rebate reporting and data analysis reporting for the Finance team and wider business. This is an exciting role where your IT skills as well as your knowledge of accounting will really come in to play.

About the Role:

• Analysing the monthly HPCM Profitability Reporting
• Preparing the annual budget at customer and vendor level
• Tracking vendor rebates from start to finish
• Analysing Freight In & Out at vendor and customer level
• Working on core business reporting
• Assist with end of month close tasks & commission calculation
• Partnering with the business by providing accurate information for decision making and training

About You:

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting/Finance
• Strong analytical skills
• Show a passion towards business analysis and working with large data
• Core Accounting knowledge
• Advanced skills with MS Excel and Intermediate skill level with MS Access
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate across the entire organisation
• Personable with an excellent ability to build relationships
• Experience in SAP
