Position Summary:
The supervisor role provides direct leadership & coaching of all assigned personnel in the various areas of our warehouse operation. This role will be supervising the Inbounds team. You must have working knowledge of all areas within an operation, administers daily work functions to ensure the achievement of daily business goals. Additionally, you will direct and prioritize workflow and maintains manpower to meet volume and capacity requirements, ensure individual and team production goals are met, maintains reports, and provides analysis of performance. You will ensure frequent communication with team by conducting daily huddles and maintain reports and complete assigned projects in a timely manner.
