Our practice is seeking an experienced Front Desk Administrator/Patient Care Coordinator for our busy well- established boutique aesthetic medical practice located in Mill Valley. The position is currently full-time, 40 hours per week.
The practice philosophy is The Art of Beauty, which describes our focus on achievable, natural results that provide a more rested appearance, a rejuvenated healthy glow, and a greater sense of well-being. We offer an innovative menu of advanced cosmetic and wellness treatments utilizing the latest in technology, equipment and skin care products.
Our practice is seeking an energetic, warm and friendly person, who is passionate about the patience experience and operational flow, and has the desire to learn from and collaborate with medical professionals. Candidates should have strong experience in medical practice operations. Knowledge of medical aesthetics, and/or dermatological treatments is a plus.

General Hours: M-F range between 8:30am-6pm depending on practice needs
Compensation and Benefits:
The firm offers competitive compensation depending on years of experience. Benefits package includes generous employee discounts, and a potential for earning a semi-annual bonus. Medical benefits with a contribution is available to employees working 32 hours per week. Work hours are subject to office hours and patient schedules with minimal overtime upon occasion. Additional benefits to be discussed upon hiring.
If selected for an interview, candidates will be tested on their technical skills. In addition, candidates will be asked to provide business references (beyond verification of employment). Employment offers are contingent upon successful background check, I-9 verification, TB testing and Hep B immunization (or waiver) and COVID19 vaccination (booster required)
