Inner Image Aesthetics Hiring for Front Desk Administrator/Patient Care Coordinator at Mill Valley, CA Full Time

Our practice is seeking an experienced Front Desk Administrator/Patient Care Coordinator for our busy well- established boutique aesthetic medical practice located in Mill Valley. The position is currently full-time, 40 hours per week.

We offer an innovative menu of advanced cosmetic and wellness treatments utilizing the latest in technology, equipment and skin care products.

Our practice is seeking an energetic, warm and friendly person, who is passionate about the patience experience and operational flow, and has the desire to learn from and collaborate with medical professionals. Candidates should have strong experience in medical practice operations. Knowledge of medical aesthetics, and/or dermatological treatments is a plus.

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming, professional front-office experience — beginning with a potential patient’s introduction to our practice, through telephone interaction, reception and welcoming, new patient intake, appointment scheduling, check-out processing, retail sales, prescription processing, and education on pre- and post-care instructions.
• Patient Concierge for detailed treatment planning and follow up for ongoing coordination of care with supporting software TouchMD and Nextech.
• Knowledgeably educate patients on treatment expectations, pre-treatment, and post-procedure care.
• Manage scheduling, patient information, transaction processing, and point of sale in NexTech Electronic Medical Record system (EMR).
• Comfortable managing various computer software platforms for patient management and financial planning. Current software programs include: TouchMD, DermPro, SpaKinect and NexTech.
• Participate as team member to generate ideas for a better patient experience and operational efficiency.
• Comply with all HIPPA regulations and client confidentiality.
• Demonstrate superior interpersonal and customer service skills to manage daily challenges in a busy practice and build long-term relationships with patients and other team members.

Education and Experience

• College graduate
• 10 years of work experience in a medical setting is preferred

Work Hours

General Hours: M-F range between 8:30am-6pm depending on practice needs

Compensation and Benefits:

The firm offers competitive compensation depending on years of experience. Benefits package includes generous employee discounts, and a potential for earning a semi-annual bonus. Medical benefits with a contribution is available to employees working 32 hours per week. Work hours are subject to office hours and patient schedules with minimal overtime upon occasion. Additional benefits to be discussed upon hiring.

If selected for an interview, candidates will be tested on their technical skills. In addition, candidates will be asked to provide business references (beyond verification of employment). Employment offers are contingent upon successful background check, I-9 verification, TB testing and Hep B immunization (or waiver) and COVID19 vaccination (booster required)
