Responsibilities
Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Manage IT Inventory for Hardware and Software Assets.
Maintain documentation for all technical support incidents.
Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support.
Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
Ensure compliance of the IT systems with corporate policy / guideline.
Travelling to customer’s office is required. (Transport claim applicable)
Requirement
Minimum 1 years of related work experience
Technical knowledge of Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft 365
Strong End User support skill
