The Role:

iA is seeking a Business Operations & Strategy Manager that will act as an internal consultant with the ability to execute and affect change. Reporting directly to the Group President of Systems and Operations, you will be working on important cross-functional projects. You will have a strong bias for action, an ability to bring multiple internal groups together and drive results.

What you’ll do:

• Research potential impact of new initiatives through quantitative research.

• Analyze, prepare, and recommend solutions for the System’s and Operations leadership team.

• Develop metrics, KPIs and success measurements for the business.

• Be the sole owner of 1 or more key initiative programs.

• Operationalize strategic initiatives across the business.

• Support the Group President directly in analytical analysis, dashboard creation and a strategic thought partner.

• Manages and coordinates organization operation strategies and activities.

• Collaborates in the development and implementation of organization policies, practices, procedures, and attainment of operating goals.

• Creates, analyzes, and prepares reports, records, and directives, and confers with managers to obtain data required for planning activities, such as new commitments, status of work in progress, and problems encountered.

• Assigns, or delegates responsibility for, specified work or functional activities and disseminates policies and objectives to employees.

• Gives work direction, resolves problems, prepares schedules, and sets deadlines to ensure timely completion of work.

• Evaluates current procedures and practices for accomplishing department objectives to develop and implement improved procedures and practices.

• Coordinates activities of department with related activities of other departments to ensure efficiency and economy.

• Monitors and analyzes costs and prepares department budget.

What will you bring?

• 3-5 years of experience including: (1) 2+ years of investment banking, management consulting, or investing and (2) 1+ years in a high growth environment.

• Expert Proficiency with SQL.

• Excellent consultative, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plans.

• Highly analytical and deep experience with reporting tools and ability to pull reports, analyze and get insights.

• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy.

• Ability to drive consensus across cross-functional teams and influence decision making.

• BS in Computer science or engineering , MBA a plus.
