The Bookkeeper will work with the Finance Director in data entry, recording, and reconciling accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- · Assist in data entry, recording, reconciling accounting data
- · Posting entries from EZ Child Track to QuickBooks
- · Calculating monthly site rent for our partners
- · Entering monthly revenue
- · Verifying and coding daily transactions in QuickBooks for credit card and bank accounts
- · Account Receivables
- · Account Payables
- · Maintaining electronic bookkeeping files
- · Other responsibilities as required.
WORK SCHEDULE
- · This is a remote part-time position, 20-25 hours a week.
