Who are we
Are you known for your versatility and want to accomplish a wide variety of tasks? We have the perfect position for you! Our technical support and marketing departments would like to welcome a colleague who will be able to help them with certain administrative tasks.
Reporting to the Technical Support Director and in collaboration with the coordinators, you will participate in the planning, organization and monitoring of the various training courses offered to our PolyWorks users. You will also be called upon to support the marketing team by overseeing certain aspects of its operations, such as shipping, purchasing, management of the email inbox and many others.
Responsibilities:
- From the company’s CRM, coordinate and organize the training carried out in our training centers and at our customers’ premises, for the territory of North America
- Respond to the varied requests of customers and partners regarding our training offer
- Prepare travel documents and communicate relevant information to the trainer
- Collect the certificates for participation in training courses and transmit them to participants
- Coordinate the delivery of training or marketing materials
- Make purchases online and sometimes in person, and enter invoices into the accounting system
- Plan project kick-off meetings as well as weekly and monthly follow-up meetings, ensure the updating of meeting agendas, and prepare the documents required for these meetings
- Update certain documents, including PowerPoint presentations; make the layout, distribute them and integrate them onto our intranet
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of procedures and tools related to the planning, organization and monitoring of activities
- Perform any other related tasks
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English (advanced level) *essential*
- Good aptitudes for clear and structured communications
- Be comfortable with multitasking
- Attention to detail and an advanced sense of organization
- Being a good team player
- Strong command of the tools in the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience in using a CRM platform is an asset
- Experience in coordinating events is an asset
