InSeason Marketing Hiring for Social Media Manager at Remote Full Time

Our organization is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. We prefer someone in the Philadelphia area or at least the East Coast as we are on zoom from 9am-3pm daily.

We require applicants to not be working another job during those hours while working with us. If you are unable to do that, please don’t apply!

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for performing research for HVAC and Plumbing clients feeds, answering DM’s and photos from business owners, sposting engaging original content and growing each of our accounts.

This is not a traditional social media manager role. HVAC clients only post 10 times a month, mostly on Facebook. Most content is taken from HVAC articles, birthday posts, holidays etc.

We have a social media person that will be helping with posts and content. For most of our clients, you will not have to answer DM’s.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who demonstrates an ability to be innovative and creative in addition to having strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Format text posts and images via Canva
• Research and curate content.
• Measure the success of a campaign through different online tools.
• Deliver monthly reportables
• Create, track and run ads

Our current setup:

Daily

• Respond to any messages with photos in them. Take those photos/videos and add a caption and post to the appropriate page.

-Check all clients for messages. If there are any, respond to them and/or forward them via email to the appropriate client.-Post anything that comes through during the day that requires immediate postingsWeekly

• Go back through all posts and invite everyone to like the page who liked posts and hasn’t been invited

Monthly

• Verify that all next month’s content fits correctly with each client and is appropriate for their page. Make edits where necessary.

– Verify that all birthday information is correct, and that all employees are still employed by the company before the posts go live.- Ask for any images for new employees for their birthday posts.

Pay: From $2,500.00 per month
