Personal Assistant

We are seeking an exceptional REMOTE Personal Assistant to support our CEO and management team. This can be a part-time (20-25hrs per week) or full-time Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Great opportunity for a talented student or someone returning to the work force. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to CEO’s personal life and communications.

(MUST RESIDE IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING STATES: FL, GA, NC, SC, TX, KY, PA, IN, WI, IA, WY)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Book travel, including international flights and accommodations

· Reconcile expenses

· Liaise with vendors

· Conducting or preparing research or reports

· Performing personal errands or coordinating personal events

· Schedule and plan meetings and appointments

· Various ad hoc projects

REQUIREMENTS:

· Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving

· Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party to confidential information

· Flexibility and adaptability

· Good oral and written communication skills

· Organizational skills and the ability to multitask

· The ability to be proactive and take initiative

· Tact and diplomacy

· Knowledge of standard MSOFFICE packages and the ability to learn company-specific software
