JOB DESCRIPTION
In the position of Sales Auditor-Credit Cards, the responsibilities include processing paperwork, working with credit card vendors, daily interaction with stores, and any assignments passed on by the Sales Audit Manager.
- Daily balancing-reconcile and correct errors
- Daily customer service w/ customers, stores, and credit card vendors regarding billing discrepancies
- Retrieve and process charge back requests
- Assist team members with store inquiries/requests
- Process weekly paperwork
- Data entry in SHARP System
- Maintain departmental spreadsheets
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- 1-year clerical experience.
DESIRED SKILLS
- Any type of Retail experience is a plus, but not required.
- Light accounting or bookkeeping experience a plus
