Insight Global is seeking an individual to work as Service Desk specialist for an insurance client based out of Dallas, TX. This individual will be a part of a team of 10 technicians and administrators in a collaborative team environment. This individual needs to have experience using ticketing systems and taking inbound calls to receive work orders. This individual also needs to be comfortable troubleshooting MS Office365 and Windows7&10. In a fast-paced environment, this individual must come from a background in which they have been a part of a team supporting 500+ employees. This position offers a level of autonomy unlike most technical support roles, including the ability to work off of the company’s proprietary Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) that was designed and implemented by the service desk team.
